WND Associates was retained by Cadillac Fairview to assist in the review and collaborative development of the Masonville Secondary Plan, which directs the long term redevelopment of the CF Masonville Place shopping centre and surrounding community.
The approved Secondary Plan envisions mix-use redevelopment on the CF Masonville lands with high-rise, mid-rise, and low-rise buildings, along with a range of new public amenities including parkland, pedestrian plazas, and a London Transit terminal to serve the growing community.
Following collaborative efforts with the City of London, the Masonville Secondary Plan received approval from the Ontario Land Tribunal in 2023.
