WND Associates was retained by Reserve Properties to assist in the development application approval process for the redevelopment of two sites on Broadway Avenue between Redpath Avenue and Mount Pleasant Road in Toronto’s Yonge and Eglinton neighbourhood.
The development consists of three new residential mixed use towers of 38, 38 and 39 storeys in height and a total of 1,455 units (inclusive of 324 rental replacement units from several properties along Broadway Avenue) which formed part of the landmark settlement with the City of Toronto. The settlement included the delivery of a new public park on Broadway Avenue, affordable housing and a daycare.
The development received Zoning By-law Amendment approval from the Ontario Land Tribunal through separate settlement hearings in 2018 and 2019 respectively.
