WND Associates was retained by St. Clair & Birchmount LP (Atria Development) to assist in the development application approval process for the proposed redevelopment of an assembly of properties on the south side of St. Clair Avenue East, between Birchmount Road and Elfreda Boulevard.

The development consists of a 13-storey mixed-use building spanning the width of the block with a varied architectural expression. Residential amenity and 400 square metres of retail space will activate the St. Clair Ave East frontage, while a publicly-accessible landscaped area on Elfreda Boulevard will provide new amenity to the local community

The development received Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment approval from Toronto City Council in 2023.
