WND Associates was retained by Reserve Properties to assist in the development application approval process for the proposed redevelopment of an existing residential apartment building at 77 Roehampton Avenue in Toronto’s vibrant Yonge-Eglinton neighbourhood within a three-minute walk from Eglinton Subway Station.
The development consists of a new 50-storey residential building inclusive of both condominium and rental replacement units, the latter of which were subject to rental replacement under the City’s Municipal Code. In total 620 new residential units are proposed along with public realm improvements which will improve the Roehampton Avenue streetscape through a privately owned public space which will provide a future mid-block connection to Eglinton Avenue East.
The development received Zoning By-law Amendment approval from Toronto City Council in 2023 and will support nearby subway and LRT infrastructure.
