WND Associates was retained by Pabs Corporation and Roehampton Apartments Limited to assist in the development approval process for 89-101 Roehampton Avenue in the City of Toronto.
The development consists of a new 38-storey building addition to the existing 19-storey residential apartment building that provides a total of 255 new rental residential units. The proposed development will provide new amenities for existing residents, and implement a mid-block connection from Roehampton Avenue to Eglinton Avenue East, as well as a new POPS space along Roehampton Avenue.
