WND Associates was retained by Starlight Developments, a leading global real estate investment and asset management firm, to assist in the development application approval process for the redevelopment of the 580 The East Mall property in Etobicoke.
The development consists of a 22-storey residential building providing a total of 232 new rental units. The development will also provide a new outdoor amenity courtyard for existing and new residents, and a 174 square metre new privately-owned publicly accessible space (POPS) adjacent to Capri Park.
WND Associates successfully guided the project through Zoning By-law Amendment approval at the Ontario Land Tribunal in 2023.
