WND Associates was retained by Graywood Developments, a Toronto-based private investment management company that specializes in the development of real estate properties of exceptional quality in Canada, to assist in the development application approval process for the development of 33-37 Parliament Street in the Distillery District.

The development consists of a 33-storey mixed use building that provides a 9-storey podium element and a total of 557 new residential units. The development will also provide 1,866 square metres of retail space and a 300 square metre new privately-owned publicly accessible space (POPS) along Gristmill Lane.

WND Associates successfully guided the project through Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment approvals at the Ontario Land Tribunal in 2017-2020 and a subsequent minor variance approval for additional height and units in 2023. The development is currently under construction.
