WND Associates was retained by Kanitz Properties Limited to assist in the development application approval process for the proposed development at 537 Broadview Avenue.

The proposed development consists of the renovation and restoration of an existing heritage-designated building, along with the construction of a 4-storey rear addition, to provide continued residential rental apartment uses on the site. The proposed development will provide a total of 15 dwelling units (inclusive of 5 rental replacement units), at a residential gross floor area of 910.33 square metres.

The proposed Minor Variance application was approved by the Committee of Adjustment in 2022 and the Site Plan Control application received Notice of Approval Conditions (NOAC) in 2023.
