WND Associates was retained by Holmes Avenue Limited to assist in the development application approval process for the proposed development at 35-39 Holmes Avenue.
The proposed development consists of a 17-storey residential building comprised of a 3-storey podium and a tower of 14-storeys oriented toward Holmes Avenue, with two levels of underground parking.
The proposed development will provide new dwelling units at a total residential gross floor area of 10,717.30 square metres. The proposed development will also provide 238.40 square metres of indoor amenity space and 430.70 square metres of outdoor amenity space.
The proposed Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment was approved by the Ontario Land Tribunal in 2021.
