WND Associates was retained by Platinum Vista Inc. to assist in the development approval process for a new boutique condominium in the South Rosedale Heritage Conservation District.
The development consisted of the demolition of three “C-Rated” heritage buildings, and their replacement with a new four-storey condominium building designed by Siamak Hariri (Hariri Pontarini Architects) and landscaping designed by Janet Rosenburg (Janet Rosenburg Studio).
The development is currently under-construction and offering units for sale.
