WND Associates was retained by QuadReal Property Group, a global real investment, operating and development company, to assist in the development application approval process for the redevelopment of the Bretton Place property at 33 Rosehill Avenue and 44 Jackes Avenue in the Yonge-St. Clair neighbourhood.

The development consists of a 31-storey residential building providing a total of 263 new rental units. The development will also provide a new amenity pavilion building for the use of existing and new residents, and a new public park along Jackes Avenue adjacent to David A. Balfour Park.

WND Associates successfully guided the project through Zoning By-law Amendment approvals at the Ontario Land Tribunal in 2017-2019 and the subsequent Site Plan approvals in 2020-2021. The development is currently under construction.
