WND Associates was retained by Atria Development to assist in the development application approval process for the proposed redevelopment of an assembly of properties on the north side of Bond Street between Kenneth Avenue and Division Street in the City of Oshawa.

The development consists of an 11-storey mixed-use building spanning the width of the block with a varied architectural expression. A 206 square metre retail space, residential amenity spaces, and residential units wrap the building frontages at ground level. Road widenings and an enhanced landscaping treatment will support a vibrant streetscape in this growing community.

The development received Official Plan Amendment and Zoning By-law Amendment approval from Oshawa City Council in 2022. Minor Variance approvals for additional height, setbacks, and density were received form the Committee of Adjustment in 2023.
