WND Associates was retained by Reserve Properties Limited to assist in the application approval process for the proposed development of 277 Wellington Street West.

The proposed redevelopment includes an existing nine-storey office building at the southeast corner of Wellington Street West and Blue Jays Way in the heart of Toronto’s Entertainment District with a new 60-storey mixed use tower.

In February of 2023, WND Associates provided extensive evidence at an Ontario Land Tribunal settlement hearing in support of the settlement offer which was accepted by Toronto’s City Council. An interim Order of approval was issued by the Tribunal in March of 2023.
