WND Associates was retained by Petaluma Building Corp (Greenpark) to assist in the development application approval process for the proposed redevelopment of an assembly of properties on the north side of Richmond Street West in the Entertainment District of the City of Toronto.
The development consists of a 27-storey mixed-use building that provides ground floor retail space, and a total of 344 residential units and retail spaces at gran building spanning the width of the block with a varied architectural expression.
The development received Zoning By-law Amendment approval from Toronto City Council in 2014. Minor Variance approvals for additional height and density were received from the Toronto Local Appeal Body in 2019.
