WND Associates was retained by York London Holdings Limited to assist in the development application approval process for the proposed development at 187 King Street East and 65 George Street.
The proposal accommodates the development of a residential building at 65 George Street to the rear of a retained 4-storey heritage building at 187 King Street East. The proposed development retains 703.07 square metres of commercial gross floor area in the existing heritage building, and contributes 16 new dwelling units, at a residential gross floor area of 3,772.12 square metres.
The proposed Zoning By-law Amendment application was approved by way of settlement at the Ontario Land Tribunal in 2021. The Site Plan Control application is presently under review.
