WND Associates was retained by the Owner of a property on Mount Pleasant Road in the Davisville Village neighbourhood of the City of Toronto to assist with its mixed use infill development.
Our client sought variances to the current zoning permission to permit a third storey and rear addition to add a new residential dwelling unit to the property, for a total of two units, and an addition to the existing restaurant use.
In December of 2020 WND Associates successfully represented our client at the City of Toronto’s Committee of Adjustment securing the necessary variances to implement the project which included zero parking and increased balcony projections. Our client’s project supports the ongoing growth and development of Davisville Village as a transit-oriented node.
